The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) is one of Australia’s largest cattle companies, with properties spanning over 6.5 million hectares.

NAPCo have 13 cattle stations across Queensland and the Northern Territory, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and a corporate office in Brisbane’s CBD.

  • Station Hand / Jackaroo / Jillaroo
  • Head Stockman
  • Bore Runner
  • Governess / Tutor
  • Homestead Help
  • Station Cook

Attributes we look for:

  • If you’re interested in a Station Hand role, experience riding a horse or motorbike will be advantageous
  • Experience working with cattle is desirable, but not essential
  • You will have a solid work ethic, with a willingness to learn and a great attitude
