We are seeking a temporary experienced station cook to fill in whilst our station cook is on leave
Cooking for up to 10 staff, breakfast, smoko, dinner, stock fridge for lunch
6 days a week from 20th December through to mid-January, 2021
Casual pay rates commensurate with experience
Fortnightly Store and meat order
Single Air -conditioned Accommodation only
Will be responsible for all kitchen cleaning duties
Outstanding Commercial kitchen facilities including steam oven, pizza oven, commercial dish washer, bain-marie, chiller coolroom, freezer coolroom etc.
Great staff facilities, including inground pool, access to Daly River for fishing etc.
